Each session will depend on the exercise and body part your working on that day which could be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and can consist of the following depending on the trainer and your individual goals:
•Circuit based sessions
•Fat loss sessions
•Boot camp Style Sessions
•Body weight training
•Plus lots of FUN but hard work which will push you to your limits - no one else's!!
